About Intentional Living: My Purpose and Passion

My approach is person-centred, meaning your experiences, values, and goals guide our work together. I integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), holistic practices, and an integrative therapeutic style to ensure sessions are tailored to your unique needs. I believe deeply in your innate capacity to grow, heal, and find clarity—even when life feels heavy.

At the heart of my practice is compassion, presence, and the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to be truly seen and supported.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – helping you understand and shift thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve you.

  • Holistic & Integrative Therapies – considering the mind, body, emotions, and environment as interconnected parts of your wellbeing.
